We take orders through our facebook page, instagram account and website. But we encourage you to use our website to avail coupon codes and get great discounts which are not available in our other platforms.

In facebook and Instagram :
You can send us the picture of the product with the SKU. One of our  team members will help you with the procedure and pricing.  You will be required to share your information, contact info and address to get your product delivered. Payment methods will be discussed by our member.

In website:
You can go through our shop page and explore our products and add anything you like to your basket. Then proceed to the checkout page and login to your account or sign up to create your account to proceed to checkout. Please wait patiently to receive a call about the order confirmation from our team.

Currently we are talking payment only through BKash. We offer COD method as well. Meanwhile we are working to be able to take payments using credit/debit cards and other payment gateways too.

We do not offer the ability to change or modify the order after it has been placed using the website. But if you have placed the order using Facebook or Instagram you will be able to modify your order by coming in contact with our page moderators.  If you have placed your order using our website, you will receive a call to confirm the order after you have placed it where you can cancel it. You must then order your desired product again.

In all cases, changes or modification of order will not be possible after the order is confirmed and product is out for delivery.

Please contact our team immediately within 48 hours of delivery to inform them about the defect. You must have valid proofs of the problem and the product must have all the seals, packing and it should be unworn.

No. We currently do not have any plans for bulk or wholesale sales. We do not have any future plans of doing so. But if you have any occasions or programs where you will like to have our presence, please feel free to contact us using our contact us form or other social media or phone number. We will love to be a part of your happy days and therefore will try to give you personalized discounts.

As of now we do not charge any taxes or extra hidden or visible fees. You only have to pay the shipping fee which is outside the price of your basket and products. With every orders, you will receive a verified printed invoice where every price will be mentioned so there are no chances or mistakes of taking any additional charges.

We always respect and love our returning customers. With everything you buy from us, you will receive a thank you note where a discount coupon code will be mentioned for you to use in your next order. We try to express our love to our customers as much as possible.
